Description
The Field Representative supports Project Managers and Senior Project Managers on construction projects, including construction inspection, quality assurance, contract administration, budget and schedule monitoring, testing and commissioning, bid review, change-order and claims evaluation, and coordination with contractors, consultants, agencies, and clients. The role may supervise employees, travel weekly, and work from offices or construction sites. It requires a bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience or an associate’s degree plus four to five years of experience, with engineering, construction-management, Oracle Contract Manager, PMWeb, and P6 scheduling experience preferred.
