Thomas & Hutton is hiring a Field Representative for its Civil Engineering Department in Savannah, Georgia. The role performs routine construction observation for land development projects involving utilities and pavement, serves as a liaison between project supervisors or managers and contractors, assists with construction contract administration, prepares correspondence, attends meetings, maintains job logs, and reviews project conditions. The position requires a construction management degree or high school diploma with equivalent experience, prior internship or construction experience, familiarity with erosion, sedimentation, pollution control, pavement construction, plans and specifications, communication, reporting, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Overnight or extended travel may be required for occasional projects.
