Quality Consulting Group is hiring a temporary Field Research Assistant in Salinas, Puerto Rico to support seasonal agricultural research activities for the Phytogen Seed Company. The role involves field and sample-processing work such as planting, thinning, weeding, pollination, harvest, ginning, weighing, seed packaging, facility cleanup, and operation of field equipment, with some driving and maintenance support under close supervision. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in agronomy, natural science, or a related field, strong observation and data standardization skills, leadership and organization abilities, and availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
