Quality Consulting Group, LLC is hiring an entry-level, temporary Field Research Assistant in Salinas, Puerto Rico, to support the Phytogen Seed Company seasonal research program. The role involves field research activities such as planting, thinning, weeding, pollination, and sample harvesting; processing seeds through sorting, ginning, weighing, shipping preparation, and packaging; facility cleanup and organization; assisting with field-equipment maintenance; operating mobile and stationary equipment such as tractors, cotton pickers, and module builders; and limited company-vehicle driving. A bachelor's degree in Agronomy or a related Natural Science field is required, along with leadership and organizational skills and availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
