The role supports field operations such as planting, thinning, weeding, pollination, sample harvest, processing, equipment operation, and seed packaging, while also assisting with field equipment maintenance, sample organization, and limited vehicle driving. The position requires a bachelor's degree in agronomy, natural science, or a related field, availability for first- and second-shift work including weekends and holidays, and the ability to expedite a driver's license when requested.
