Description
The WTI Field Resource Foreman leads WTI field crews, overseeing safety, crew management, project execution, customer service, scheduling, inventory, reporting, and employee issues. The role requires onsite travel, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, weekend and holiday availability, English proficiency, OSHA certification, and at least five years of roofing industry experience, including familiarity with built-up, EPDM, PVC, low-slope, metal, and steep-slope roofing systems.
