Description
The WTI Field Resources Supervisor manages field resources in a region, coordinating staffing and scheduling, overseeing quality control, monitoring profitability and employee expenses, handling customer and sales-representative issues, training and certifying Field Reps, managing hiring and administrative paperwork, and resolving employee and work-related issues. The role requires prior supervisory and roofing experience, project-management and scheduling knowledge, OSHA and safety training, computer and budgeting skills, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel, work weekends or holidays, and pass a drug test.
