Description
The Field Safety Lead provides day-to-day safety leadership and technical guidance to Field Safety Representatives across assigned construction project sites. Reporting to the Safety Manager, the role coordinates safety coverage, monitors compliance, conducts audits and inspections, supports high-risk activities, leads incident investigations, maintains safety documentation, represents the company in client and third-party reviews, and mentors and trains field personnel. It is a fully field-based, project-based position requiring regular presence at active construction sites.
