Description
The Field Manager, Safety, Health, & Security manages safety, health, and security programs across an assigned transportation region. The role includes safety observations, audits, equipment inspections, driver and location training, incident investigations, security risk assessments, regulatory compliance, performance improvement planning, and safety culture development. It requires at least five years of transportation-industry experience, investigative success, and familiarity with electronic logging devices, cargo securement, hazardous-material transport, and video event recorders. The position offers up to $79,650 in base salary plus bonus eligibility and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
