Dashiell is hiring a Field Safety Representative for West Texas to lead on-site safety leadership, compliance, audits, training, incident investigations, and safety culture initiatives across construction and utility projects. The role requires regular field presence, frequent travel between project locations, outdoor and indoor work, and occasional overnight travel. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of construction, craft, or safety experience, OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification, current first aid/CPR/AED certification, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The position is non-exempt and requires permanent United States work authorization without visa sponsorship.
