Description
The Field Safety Representative II promotes and supports a proactive safety culture across assigned construction projects through daily field engagement, coaching, hazard prevention, inspections, compliance documentation, training support, and incident investigation. The role requires a bachelor's degree in safety, construction, or a related field or equivalent education and experience, at least three years of construction and safety experience, OSHA interpretation ability, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. OSHA 30-Hour certification, concrete construction experience, bilingual English/Spanish communication, safety-training experience, and First Aid/CPR certification are preferred.
