Bacardi is hiring a fixed-term field sales and merchandising professional for a two-month assignment covering the Caen sector from 2 November through 31 December 2026. The role supports Bacardi products in 30 supermarket and hypermarket stores by optimizing assortment, shelf availability, placement, pricing, promotions, displays, and negotiated additional operations, while preventing out-of-stocks. The position requires proven large-scale retail sales or merchandising experience, preferably in wines and spirits, flexible early-morning availability, strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, residence in the assigned sector, and a valid Category B driver’s license.
