SumUp is hiring a freelance, self-employed Field Sales Partner to build a local business by prospecting small and medium-sized businesses, conducting face-to-face and outbound sales, presenting its payments and POS ecosystem, managing a territory and CRM pipeline, and onboarding merchants. The role is commission-only with no basic salary, offers uncapped upfront and lifetime recurring commissions, and targets an OTE of £7,000–£10,000+ per month. Candidates need experience in high-rejection face-to-face or B2B sales, strong objection-handling and self-discipline, and the ability to generate their own pipeline; a full-time training week and ongoing coaching are provided.
