Salonkee is hiring a Field Sales Manager to lead a regional sales team in the Toulouse area. The role begins with six months of hands-on field sales, including prospecting, live demos, closing, CRM discipline, and individual targets, before transitioning into recruiting, coaching, performance management, and team leadership. Candidates need at least three to four years of field or mobile sales experience, strong CRM knowledge, a category B driving licence, native French, and autonomy; professional English is appreciated. The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, a company car, fuel card, electronic toll tag, health insurance, meal vouchers, and a development plan.
