Enter is hiring a Field Sales Manager to lead and develop its growing network of independent energy advisors who conduct on-site data collection and sell energy services directly to customers. The role manages field performance, quality, onboarding, processes, enablement, and coaching; works with management and inside-sales leads; and travels across Germany while spending one to two days per week in the Berlin office. The position offers a target salary of €85,000 with €55,000 base, a company car, and additional benefits.
