BEMONTECH GmbH is hiring a full-time Field Sales Manager for its Vienna sales territory. The role manages and expands customer relationships, acquires new customers, provides technical advice on construction sites, sells concrete and precast construction products and system solutions, advises on C-parts management, analyzes material supply, and independently plans the territory. Candidates should have field-sales or technical-product-sales experience, an affinity with construction or precast concrete, a Class B driver’s license, and ideally reside in the greater Vienna area or eastern Lower Austria. The position offers a minimum gross salary of €2,535 per month, a three-month guaranteed allowance of €1,000, and a performance-based commission model.
