Enpal is hiring a Field Sales Manager to acquire customers, assess technical specifications for solar, battery storage, wallboxes, smart meters, and heat-pump solutions, expand the customer base, convert proposals into orders, and continuously improve performance through manager feedback. The role requires several years of experience selling complex solutions, preferably in field sales, strong communication and self-motivation, a Class B driver's license, and business-fluent German. Compensation includes an attractive package with an unlimited commission model, and the role offers a company car or travel budget.
