Hampr is hiring a Field Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition across the Los Angeles metro and North County San Diego, focusing on B2B sales into recurring-revenue accounts for its commercial and public laundromat operations. The role is highly field-based, involving in-person prospecting, relationship building, full-cycle sales, CRM management, and partnership with operations, with strong emphasis on outside sales experience, territory building, and self-direction. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped monthly commission, vehicle and phone allowance, equity for full-time employees, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
