BEMONTECH GmbH is hiring a full-time field sales representative for its Upper Austria territory, focusing on the Hausruckviertel and Innviertel. The role manages and expands the customer base, acquires new customers, provides technical advice on construction sites and operations, sells concrete and precast-concrete products, develops individual solutions, plans the sales territory, and monitors competitors. Candidates should have field-sales or sales experience, strong knowledge of the construction or building-materials industry, a driver’s license class B, and ideally reside in the Hausruckviertel or Innviertel. The position offers 38.5 hours per week, a minimum gross salary of €2,535, a three-month guaranteed allowance of €1,000, and a performance-based commission model.
