The role combines customer reactivation, local prospecting, technical consultation, on-site measurements, quotation preparation, and customer care for homeowners, architects, and developers. Candidates need construction or comparable vocational training, at least three years of professional experience, German language skills at C2 level, and a valid Class B driver’s license. The position offers a gross annual base salary of €40,000–€50,000, uncapped commission, a company car, flexible scheduling, and support from headquarters.
