MSS Security GmbH is hiring a field sales representative to acquire new commercial, industrial, retail, and private customers and independently manage sales in a defined region. The role involves needs analysis, on-site consulting, presentation and negotiation of AI-supported security solutions, proposal preparation, contract closing, customer relationship expansion, and CRM tracking. Candidates need commercial or technical training, security-services or security-technology experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, very good German, and willingness to travel with a Category B driver’s license. The position offers permanent employment, base salary with uncapped commission, a company vehicle, training, and flexible scheduling.
