MSS Security GmbH is hiring a field sales representative to acquire new commercial, industrial, retail, and private customers and independently manage sales opportunities from initial contact through proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract signing. The role involves identifying individual security needs, presenting AI-supported security concepts and modern surveillance technologies, expanding existing customer relationships, and using CRM and referral business. Candidates need commercial or technical training, field-sales experience, security-services or security-technology experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, German proficiency, and a class B driver’s license.
