Sales Focus Inc. is hiring full-time Outside Sales Representatives for a residential door-to-door sales team. The role involves engaging homeowners, educating prospects, generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, closing sales, documenting activity, and representing the brand professionally. It is a W-2 position with guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission, paid training, coaching, bonuses, holidays, paid time off, and health, dental, and vision plans. The schedule is field-based during daytime and early evening hours, with prior door-to-door or outside sales experience preferred but not required.
