Trafimet is hiring a full-time, on-site Field Sales Specialist to manage relationships with dealers, end-customers, and key accounts; conduct customer visits; generate leads; deliver presentations; maintain sales records; and achieve sales targets and KPIs. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, customer service, sales operations, organizational, and independent work skills, along with a bachelor's degree in metallurgical and materials engineering, mechanical engineering, or welding engineering. Experience in the welding and cutting industry or industrial sales is advantageous.
