KT-Dämmsysteme is hiring a full-time field sales professional for its Neuss-Norf / Sales region NRW territory. The role manages existing customer relationships, develops new partners, advises customers on ETICS/WDVS, paints, and plasters, supports construction projects through quotations and completion, and monitors market trends. Applicants should have a commercial or trade qualification, strong product knowledge, negotiation and communication skills, initiative, and a valid class B driver’s license with trailer endorsement. The position offers a base salary plus commission, a company vehicle, home-office tools, and product training.
