Description
The Sustainment Operations APEX Team Lead serves as the technical authority for Sustainment APEX, the Obeya Room, RIO, and the Performance-Metrics HUB. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, drives continuous-improvement initiatives, translates data-driven insights into measurable performance gains, and requires regular briefings to senior sustainment leadership. It requires a bachelor's degree or higher, experience with senior management, communication and change-management skills, and leadership of cross-functional teams; preferred qualifications include Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, a master's degree, at least 10 years of aerospace experience, and knowledge of aircraft maintenance and availability metrics. The full-time salary range is $129,000 to $239,600, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
