Description
The Field Operations Manager for Air Mobility and Maritime Missions leads 10–15 direct employees supporting C-130, C-5, and P-3 aircraft through business capture, cost and schedule management, proposal development, field-site integration, contractor team deployment, and fleet performance monitoring. The role requires at least 10 years of aircraft operations, maintenance, or sustainment experience, knowledge of Earned Value Management and military maintenance operations, and a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret. It is a full-time position with domestic and international travel averaging 10% of the year and a salary range of $129,000 to $239,600.
