Unlimit is looking for a Field Sales Team Leader to sell banking products and solutions, acquire and develop clients, conduct meetings, manage applications, and ensure high-quality sales execution. The role requires at least 3-4 years of experience in field sales, with a background in FMCG, B2B, or similar fast-paced sales environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales operations, KPI management, and experience working with agents or partners. They should be able to build and scale teams, possess strong leadership and coaching skills, and be fluent in English and Chinese.
