Description
ADT is hiring a field-based security systems technician to install, test, configure, troubleshoot, and support advanced low-voltage smart security systems in customer homes and businesses. The role includes customer education, site assessments, monitoring-center communication checks, safe work practices, and operation of a company vehicle. A high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license with a clean record, computer and network diagnostic proficiency, troubleshooting ability, flexible scheduling, and strong customer communication are required; prior field technical training is preferred.
