The role manages meter installations, system shutdowns and restarts, quality checks, staffing capacity planning, order-volume prioritization, workforce automation with SAP S/4HANA, business-process optimization, occupational safety, employee qualification, and customer-focused smart-metering projects. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree or comparable study, several years of operational management experience, multiple successful project leadership experiences, and strong analytical, service, and communication skills. The position is based in Hamburg and may be full-time or part-time.
