Description
The Field Service Engineer installs, calibrates, maintains, and repairs Anton Paar laboratory instruments and process-measuring systems; provides after-sales technical support, manages customer relationships and service contracts, coordinates internal resolution of customer issues, collects service receivables, and supports sales activities. The role requires a master’s or bachelor’s degree, strong communication and organizational skills, customer-focused service, and extensive travel throughout India.
