Description
The Field Service Coordinator reports to the Quality and Field Service Manager and coordinates field service activities, including scheduling and expediting work, preparing materials and work packets, communicating with transit properties and OEM personnel, coordinating service personnel and third-party providers, providing travel guidance, maintaining contractor relationships, and leading field-service improvement projects. The role requires travel to the United States and Canada, strong Microsoft Office and communication skills, blueprint and installation knowledge, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving ability.
