Technical field service specialist and primary customer support contact responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining engine products and power generators at customer sites. The role uses mechanical and electronic service tools, interprets engine-system interactions, completes service documentation and warranty claims, supports customer relationships, identifies additional service opportunities, and coaches junior technicians or apprentices while following health, safety, and environmental requirements.
