Description
Intuitive is hiring a Field Service Engineer 2 to install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain robotic-assisted surgical products and associated equipment in a designated territory. The role includes customer and end-user support, training, scheduled maintenance, software updates, system recalls, delivery and installation, recordkeeping, and coordination with sales and other teams. It requires an associate’s degree or equivalent training/experience, up to 75% travel, and the ability to work flex shifts; field service experience and electro-mechanical troubleshooting are preferred.
