Lam is hiring a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site repair, maintenance, installation, relocation, and start-up services for complex semiconductor electro-mechanical and electronic equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnostics, customer response planning, technical mentoring, and frequent domestic and international travel. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 3+ years, plus semiconductor equipment experience and cleanroom and travel flexibility. The role may be performed under an on-site flex or virtual flex work model.
