This role involves providing expert hands-on technical support for microbiology and diagnostic products, covering installation, commissioning, customer training, maintenance, fault-finding, and overall customer satisfaction. The engineer will primarily operate in Italy, requiring frequent domestic travel and occasional international trips, particularly within Europe.
