Description
The role is an on-site after-sales service technical lead for data center power supply and distribution products, primarily PQ-series high-power centralized UPS systems. Responsibilities include startup and commissioning, on-site repairs, fault localization and root-cause analysis, major incident handling, technical coordination across service, Quality, R&D, and ETO, and coordination of data center power skid integration projects. The position is based in Changzhou, Jiangsu, with frequent travel to data centers and customer sites, and requires a related bachelor's degree, at least five years of UPS field technical support or after-sales experience, and a valid high-voltage electrician operating certificate.
