Description
Haemonetics is hiring a Field Service Engineer to support blood management centers and hospitals in a local field territory near Chicago, Illinois or Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role installs, upgrades, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots instrument systems; manages service parts and documentation; provides customer training and technical support; assists with quality reporting; and edits service and training manuals. It requires a relevant engineering degree or applicable military experience, 2–5 years of technical field service experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, technical writing ability, and up to 75% travel.
