Description
Haemonetics is hiring a Field Service Engineer to provide onsite field support for Blood Management Centers and hospitals in North Carolina and South Carolina. The role installs, upgrades, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots instrument systems; manages service parts and documentation; trains customers; supports system placements and renewals; and collaborates with internal support and quality teams. The position requires a relevant engineering degree or applicable military experience, 2–5 years of technical field service experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, technical writing ability, and up to 75% travel.
