Description
The Field Service Engineer 3 installs, supports, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains Intuitive Surgical products in an assigned territory, including da Vinci surgical systems. The role performs scheduled maintenance, deliveries, installations, customer support, administrative duties, training, product introductions, and process improvements, with time served also mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong technical and communication skills, electro-mechanical troubleshooting ability, and willingness to travel 50–70%.
