Ipsen is hiring a remote Field Service Engineer to service heat treatment equipment across the Northeast United States, with travel up to 90% and a home base in New York or Connecticut. The role plans and coordinates service assignments, troubleshoots and repairs equipment, performs preventive maintenance and calibration, documents jobs and warranty claims, supports customer service and cross-selling, and follows safety and administrative procedures. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of related industrial equipment operation or maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, and the ability to travel as required.
