The Field Service Engineer performs electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, and installation support for TARGAN WingScan and Vaccine Delivery Systems at commercial poultry hatcheries in Kinston and Lumberton. The role requires independent problem-solving, customer communication, accurate service documentation, collaboration with remote support, and participation in after-hours, weekend, and holiday rotations. An associate degree in a related field is preferred, and at least five years of experience maintaining automated industrial equipment is required.
