The Field Service Engineer performs onsite or in-house run-off, servicing, repair, and installation of company products; conducts inspections at subcontractor facilities; provides technical support and customer contact for equipment operations and maintenance; diagnoses mechanical and electrical failures; determines cost-effective repairs; prepares service reports; and performs general maintenance. The role requires postsecondary engineering education, equipment troubleshooting and repair skills, blueprint and schematic reading, tool use, English literacy, computer skills, and up to 50% travel. H1B visa sponsorship is not available, and 2–3 years of experience is preferred but not required.
