Description
As a Field Service Engineer at Revvity, you will serve as the technical expert across Spain, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diagnostic and life science instruments like immunoassay platforms, LC/MS, DNA extractors, and plate readers. You will ensure maximum uptime, manage technical escalations, and provide on-site training to optimize instrument performance. This role involves close collaboration with internal sales, applications, and service teams, contributing to customer satisfaction and driving business growth. The position requires extensive travel (50%) within Spain, focusing on operational excellence, administrative tasks such as managing spare parts inventory, and aligning activities with KPIs.
