Shield AI is hiring a full-time Field Service Engineer to install, integrate, configure, test, and support vision systems and electro-mechanical payloads on crewed and uncrewed aircraft and supporting test assets. The role includes software and firmware deployment, hardware and software configuration management, wiring and electrical troubleshooting, customer deployments, demonstrations, and technical support, with approximately 50% travel to customer, test, and operational sites. Candidates need at least five years of relevant field-service or aerospace integration experience, a bachelor's or associate's degree or equivalent practical experience, and the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
