Sungrow North America is hiring a contract Field Service Engineer to support commissioning, warranty, and operations-and-maintenance activities for photovoltaic inverter and battery energy storage systems in the West Phoenix area. The role performs troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, pre-commissioning and commissioning, field upgrades, SCADA configuration, documentation, and safety oversight, while working independently in the field and coordinating with engineering, customer, and project teams. The position requires substantial technical experience, a valid driver’s license, and 80% or more travel; compensation is $36–$40 per hour plus overtime in the listed states, with no visa sponsorship.
