Struers is hiring a Field Service Engineer to support customers in the New England territory from a home office in the Hartford, Connecticut area. The role performs onsite installation, repair, retrofits, upgrades, calibration, preventive maintenance, and break-fix service on precision materialographic equipment, provides customer support, maintains service records and spare parts inventory, and promotes maintenance contracts and equipment sales. The position requires weekly travel to customer sites, national and occasional international travel, and offers a company-owned vehicle, home-office setup, benefits, and training.
