Park Place Technologies is hiring a Field Service Engineer to provide onsite diagnostic, troubleshooting, repair, and configuration support for data center hardware, servers, storage devices, and storage area networks. The role involves traveling to customer sites within a designated territory, using remote diagnostic tools, managing parts and inventory, completing administrative records, and participating in after-hours on-call rotations. It requires a high school degree, prior field experience, strong troubleshooting skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform physically demanding work; OEM hardware certifications and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
