IMS Nanofabrication is hiring an entry-level Field Service Engineer I to support the installation, annual preventive maintenance, and issue resolution of multi-beam mask writers. The role requires a recent engineering or science college graduate, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and daily customer-site presence alongside an in-person Santa Clara, California office. Preferred qualifications include semiconductor lithography, ultra-high vacuum, high-voltage electronics, and Linux/UNIX experience. The position offers a base salary of $75,000 to $93,000 per year plus benefits, a 401K match, and other compensation components.
