The Materials and Structural Analysis Electron Microscopy Field Service Engineer installs, tests, maintains, diagnoses, repairs, and calibrates electron, ion, and light microscopy systems for customers. The role requires on-site customer visits, field service reporting, training, documentation updates, and regional and international travel, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Raleigh, North Carolina area and up to 75% travel. Applicants need a bachelor's degree and at least three years of hands-on technical experience with sophisticated analysis tools, plus extensive experience with ultra-high-vacuum and high-voltage systems.
